Custom & Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind. This includes any item featuring a dog’s name, custom sizing, custom artwork, or personalised engravings.

Please ensure all details submitted with your order are correct before checkout.

Non-Custom Items

If you receive a non-custom item and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be free from wear, dirt, damage, or odours

• Be returned in its original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in our workmanship, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Handmade Products

As each item is handmade, minor variations in artwork, paint placement, engraving, and finishing details may occur. These small differences are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered faults.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

As all products are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, product launches, sales, or holiday seasons. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you directly.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping time is separate from our creation time.

International Shipping

The Marked Supply proudly ships worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country.

We are unable to control or predict customs processing times.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s network.

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been dispatched, The Marked Supply cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel and is not responsible for replacement or reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
