At The Marked Supply, every item is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalised Products
All personalised, custom-made, engraved, painted, or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or personal preference.
Please ensure all custom details, measurements, colours, and spelling are correct before submitting your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and any faults
If the item is deemed faulty due to workmanship or manufacturing defects, we will offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on any products, including custom and non-custom items.

Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when ordering collars, harnesses, sleeves, and other fitted products.
The Marked Supply cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the wrong size unless an error was made by us.
Wear and Tear
Our products are designed for everyday use; however, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, chewing, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by your dog are not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by The Marked Supply.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that have a major fault or do not meet consumer guarantees.

Processing Times
Most orders are made and dispatched within 2-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Custom, hand-painted, or highly detailed orders may require additional production time. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Australian Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using tracked postal services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal network delays.
International Shipping
We happily ship worldwide.
International delivery times vary by country and customs processing times. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or charges imposed by their local government.
